Information we use

We use your city, dates and prayer-time settings to answer requests. If you email us, we use your email address and message to respond.

We also process IP addresses and diagnostic logs to operate and protect the service. These uses are based on our legitimate interests in providing the service, maintaining security and answering enquiries.

Providers and retention

Our hosting and email providers process information for us. Information may be processed outside the UK, using approved contractual safeguards where required. A copy of these safeguards is available on request.

We retain technical records as needed to diagnose problems and investigate abuse, and correspondence as needed to resolve enquiries. Records may be kept longer where required to meet legal obligations.
